What's up everybody! My name's Amanda and I'm the co-owner of this site with four of my best online W.i.t.c.h.-y crew! We were all the original Guardians at the W.i.t.c.h. RPG and now all host the UWW. You might also know me as Witchlover on tv.com, fanfiction, youtube, and the comics forum. I am known as the frog lover herself (Will!) on the W.i.t.c.h. RPG, where I am now the admin of our happy forum family. In addition to being a comic scanner, official book scanner, and fanfiction writer, I spend time keeping up with all the W.i.t.c.h. news and spreading all the good things about its magical universe so that all you guys can also enjoy being a W.i.t.c.h. fan!

Family/Pets: Mom, Dad, brother, step mom, and stepsister. My parents are divorced so I have these pets at my Dad's house: 2 girl dogs, Dory and Nala, and 3 cats, Mia, Nemo, and Thumper (and yes, we do have a weird tradition by now of naming our pets after Disney characters.) And at my mom's house, I've got a beta fish named Chandler, a dog who follows me everywhere named Joey, my beautiful baby a cat named Phoebe (also the Keeper of the Heart in my fanfic!) and a new boy puppy named Pepper (Dr. Pepper)!

Hobbies: I absolutely LOVE to read and write, and I also really like drawing (though I'm not very good at it), being on the computer and watching T.V., helping others and voluntering, acting, singing, swimming (I'm a big time swimmer and love the water!), and daydreaming (where I come up with a ton of random and mostly stupid ideas, and of course, my well-known cliffies on my fanfics, hehehe...)

Fav shows/movies: lol, way too many to count. Some shows are W.i.t.c.h., Sailor Moon, Inuyasha, Winx Club, Fruits Basket, Lost, Heroes, AI, Desperate Housewives, Grey’s Anatomy, Charmed, etc. And I absolutely love the HP movies! I don't want to bore you guys anymore, hehe (if anybody was actually ever bored enough to read anything about me)
Fav food/drink: CHOCOLATE!!! I also love breakfast foods, seafood, Chinese, good old American food, and Italian (as lasagna is my favorite meal). I absolutely love hot chocolate (figures) and my fav sodas are Root Beer and Dr. Pepper. I am constantly drinking water and carry a water bottle with me everywhere so I love that too. I'm also a gum-aholic!
Fav animals: I’d have to say cats, although I really also like dogs, dolphins, monkeys, and frogs. Ahhh! There's too many to count! I LOVE animals! *huggles*
Fav music/artists: I am a very general person in my tastes for things such as movies, books, and music, so I pretty much like everything except rock where all they do is scream and rap with bad stuff in it (although there are still exceptions). I really like Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Taylor Swift, Beyonce and Usher still, but I love a LOT of artists. I am constantly listening to my ipod which randomizes everything from pop to R&B to country, rock, and even to my favorite anime songs
Fav books/manga/comics: Wow...still way too many to count, lol! Harry Potter most definitely, W.i.t.c.h. comics and books, Any books by Meg Cabot, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Chicken Soup books, Left Behind Adult and Kids, The Inheritance Trilogy, Any books by Scott Westerfield (Uglies Trilogy and Extras, etc.) and Cornelia Funke especially the Inkheart Trilogy. Some manga like Fruits Basket and Sailor Moon, The Chronicles of Narnia, and so so so so much more! ^^
What is your biggest fear?: SPIDERS!!! Anybody who knows me knows that I have an extreme phobia of spiders (I swear they know I'm afraid and they come after meeee!) But I'm also afraid of loved ones/pets getting hurt or dying, fire, and thunder
Any secret things that nobody knows about you?: I am very emotional and cry very easily. When you roll your eyes at the person who is bawling over Titanic or a HP character dying, seriously, I am one of those people. I have unfortunately been to 11 schools (and am graduating early now, yes!). I bite my nails when I'm nervous or stressed (which is practically all the time...hmmm) and I have a tendency to stare at shiny and glittering things. I love the light and hate being in the dark unless there are lights around me. I am a big procrastinator and yet a hard-working perfectionist (yeah, I don't understand how that works out either) I greatly enjoy staring at the moon and stars and just thinking about anything and everything.

How did you discover W.i.t.c.h.?: I found W.i.t.c.h. early in April 2004 when I was 12 and right when the W.i.t.c.h. chapter books were released in the U.S. I had been walking in Barnes and Noble with my sister when we saw the display of the books and I instantly fell in love and bought the first two books. I was at first attracted to the artwork and saw the title 'W.i.t.c.h.' and since I was a huge Harry Potter fan, I loved anything that had to do with magic and adventure. The story turned out not to be what I thought: it was even better! A few months later I found out about the show coming out (actually, I was just doing homework and a commercial came on and I jumped up and screamed). I was up bright and early in December when the hour long preview of the show premiered on ABC Family. Since then, I've been an obsessed fan and have also been able to read the comics in happiness!
